How do I view a user's history and health in GoTo Admin?

    View a user's history and health tab, to review video and audio quality statistics from the last 7 days.
    1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
    2. From People > Users, select the user whose history and health you want to view.
      Note: While on any tab in a user's profile, you can select Three Dots Icon in the top-right to make changes to the overview page or delete the user. Use the breadcrumbs in the top-left to go back to the main list.
    3. Select the History & Health tab. Choose what you want to view:
      View Description
      Estimated Overall Audio & Video Quality The total number of call legs per 2 hours, and the quality of each leg per 2 hours
      Average audio quality The distribution of each leg
      History List A list of calls and meetings, each with an associated average mean opinion score (MOS).

      Select View details to view the diagnostics for each leg of a specific call or meeting.

      • An "unknown" MOS is most likely due to calls being too short.
      • Meetings will only be listed if the selected user is an organizer.
    What to do next: Set up email alerts for user-level call degradation and resolution.
