Monitor specific users by tracking their recent overall call quality (MOS score) and enabling notifications when thresholds are reached.
Note: The Watchlist feature is only available in GoTo Admin, not the PBX Administration portal.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- Select and then use the Time picker on the top right to choose the desired data set.
Note: The default is 24 hours.
- From the Watchlist card, add or remove users:
- Select .
- If adding a user(s), select the first user to add and then select
and repeat for each user you want to add to the list.
- If removing a user(s), hover over the user and select the
and repeat for each user you want to remove.
- When all users have been added and/or deleted, select Done.
- Set up email alerts for user-level call degradation and resolution:
- Select .
- Enable Send alerts.
- Choose your preferred sensitivity level from the drop-down menu. The sensitivity level corresponds with the issue detection threshold which then triggers email alerts.
- Search for and select the user to receive email notifications for, and then select
.
- When all users have been added, select Save.
Result: All configured alert recipients will receive an email for each degradation (and resolution) event of users managed in the Watchlist card.
- View user-level average call quality from the Watchlist card.
Note: The score will be "unknown" if there hasn't been any activity in the previous 24 hours.
- Optional: To view more detailed user information from the previous seven days, select a user to be automatically redirected to the user level History & Health tab.
