1. Log in to your account at https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com.
2. Locate the desired meeting and select the Registered number to open the Registrants list.
3. Check the names of any suspicious registrants and select Cancel Registration.
4. You can choose to send a registration cancellation email and select Cancel Registration.

To prevent spam or bots from registering for you webinar, you can choose to enable reCAPTCHA for all your webinars. Only questionable registrants will be prompted to identify themselves as humans. View How do I change my GoTo Webinar account settings?.
