Report an issue
Report audio, screen-sharing, camera, and other issues to the GoTo engineering team.
The following data is captured for the engineering teams solely for troubleshooting purposes. All data and debugging information collected by
GoTo is encrypted and stored on our servers.
- Name and email addresses of all webinar participants
- Organizer user and account keys
- Webinar title
- Local log files
- During a webinar, select in the top toolbar.
- Select Report an issue.
- Fill out the issue form, and then select Send report.
What to do next: Take note of your report ID. To follow up with your report, select
Contact Support to reach our team or for a fix. You can use the
GoTo Webinar Community forum for troubleshooting help in the meantime or see these helpful resources depending on the type of issue you selected:
