- To raise your hand, select the Hand icon in the Grab Tab of the Control Panel.
Result: The Hand icon will glow green while it is raised and will return to gray once it is lowered by you or by the organizer.
Troubleshooting: If you do not see the option to raise your hand, it is because the organizer disabled the feature. Please reach out to your host for help.
- To view any shared handouts, select the Handouts pane, and then select the desired handout.
Result: The handout file will automatically start downloading from your default web browser. Select the downloaded file at the bottom of the browser to open or save it.
- To ask a question, select the Questions pane, then type your question and select Send.
Result: A staff member will answer your question when they're available. Their response will display in your Questions pane.
- To mute/unmute yourself, select the Mic or Phone icon at the top of your Control Panel.
Attention: By default, you enter the session muted. Depending on the organizer's settings for this session, you might not be able to unmute yourself. If the organizer has muted you, then you will not be able to unmute yourself until they unmute you first. If you dialed in to the audio conference using your telephone, you must enter you Audio PIN in order to use the Control Panel for muting. Alternatively, you can use keypad commands to mute yourself if unmuting has been enabled by the organizer.
Result: The icon will be green when you are unmuted and gray when you are muted.
