Report an issue

Report audio, screen-sharing, camera, and other issues to the GoTo engineering team.

The following data is captured for the engineering teams solely for troubleshooting purposes. All data and debugging information collected by GoTo is encrypted and stored on our servers.
  • Name and email addresses of all training participants
  • Organizer user and account keys
  • Training title
  • Local log files

  1. During a training, select More icon in the top toolbar.
  2. Select Report an issue.
  3. Fill out the issue form, and then select Send report.
What to do next: Take note of your report ID! To follow up with your report, select Contact Support to reach our team or for a fix. You can use the GoTo Training Community forum for troubleshooting help in the meantime.
