How do I report an issue?

    Report audio, screen-sharing, camera, and other issues to the GoTo engineering team.

    The following data is captured for the engineering teams solely for troubleshooting purposes. All data and debugging information collected by GoTo is encrypted and stored on our servers.
    • Name and email addresses of all training participants
    • Organizer user and account keys
    • title
    • Local log files
    1. In the training, select More icon in the top toolbar.
    2. Select Report an issue.
    3. Fill out the issue form, then select Send report.
    Results: Take note of your report ID! To follow up with your report, you can contact Customer Support by selecting Call Support at the bottom of this article or for a fix.
