Customize the look of and options available to attendees for your scheduled trainings to provide an enhanced and more engaging session.
- Sign in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
- From My Trainings, select the desired session you want to customize with one or more of the following options:

Edit the title & description |
- From Title/Description, select Edit.
- Make any needed changes.
- Select Save.
Note: Before saving, you can enable Notify participants of these changes if desired.

Edit the date, time, or timezone |
- From Date and Time, select Edit.
- Make any needed changes.
- Select Save.
Note: Before saving, you can enable Notify participants of these changes if desired.

Add another session to a training |
- From Date and Time, select Edit.
- Select Add another session, and then select the date and time accordingly.
- Select Save.
Note: Before saving, you can enable Notify participants of these changes if desired.

Add a session to your calendar |
- From Date and Time, select Add to Calendar.
Note: A new Outlook calendar item pre-populated with the training information will automatically start downloading.

Cancel a session (or multiple) in a series |
Cancel some or all sessions in a training at any time. See Cancel a Training for information. |
Add co-organizers — If you do not see this option, contact your admin to have it enabled. |
- From Organizers, select Edit.
- Select Add Co-Organizer and then select up to 24 other organizers from your account (more can be promoted during the session as needed).
- Select Add Co-Organizer again and then select Save.

Change the audio options |
- From Audio, select Edit.
- Make any needed changes.
- Select Save.
Note: Before saving, you can enable Notify participants of these changes if desired.
