Cancel Trainings

Cancel a training (or multiple) and easily notify all registrants to avoid any frustration down the road.

Cancel all sessions in a training

  1. Sign in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
  2. From My Trainings, select the title of the training you want to cancel.
  3. Select Cancel Training > Yes, Cancel Training.
  4. If applicable, you will see a list of all current registrants; select Cancel Training again to continue.

    Result: You'll be prompted to send a cancellation email to registrants. If desired, modify the subject and/or body of the email, then select Send.

Cancel a single session in a series where registrants need to attend all sessions

  1. Sign in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
  2. From My Trainings, select the title of the training you want to cancel.
  3. From Date and Time, select Edit.
  4. Select Cancel icon next to the sessions you want to cancel.
  5. Optional: Enable Notify all participants of these changes (recommended).
  6. Select Save when finished.

Cancel a single session in a series where registrants choose which one to attend

  1. Sign in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
  2. From My Trainings, select the title of the training you want to cancel.
  3. Select Delete icon > Yes, Cancel Training next to the sessions you want to cancel.
  4. If applicable, you will see a list of all current registrants; select Cancel Training again to continue.

    Result: You'll be prompted to send a cancellation email to registrants. If desired, modify the subject and/or body of the email, then select Send.
