How do I copy a training? (Classic)
If you already have a scheduled training that is set up with tests and emails , you can copy it into a newly scheduled training so that all your settings and customizations carry over. This makes it easy to schedule new webinars that are similar to one of your previously configured webinars.
- Sign in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
- Find the past that you want to use as a template, then copy it in any of the following ways:
- Open an upcoming or past training, then click Schedule Similar Training on the Manage Training page.
- On the Past Trainings tab, click Copy next to the desired training. Only trainings with a start date within the past 90 days are displayed.
- Open an upcoming or past training, then click Schedule Similar Training on the Manage Training page.
- Configure the additional settings and date/time, then click Schedule.
- Any Polls, emails and other settings configured in the previous training will be automatically be added. Click Schedule when finished. You will automatically be taken to the Manage Training page where you can customize your new training.
