What audio modes are available?
GoTo Meeting provides many different methods for organizers and their attendees to connect to a session's audio conference. It's up to the organizer to decide which options they want to provide for each individual session.
Built-in audio services
|Mic & Speakers (VoIP)||Phone (PSTN)||No audio|
Participants use the mic and speakers on their device to connect to the audio through the desktop, web or mobile app. This allows users to join the audio without needing dial in from a phone.
Participants use a phone to connect to the audio separately from the desktop, web or mobile apps. This allows participants to dial in and listen to the audio portion of the meeting.
Participants won't hear the meeting or talk to other attendees from that device.

Custom audio services
GoTo Meeting also allow organizers to provide custom audio information using their own third-party conference call service. If they choose to provide custom audio, then GoTo Meeting's built-in audio services won't be available during the session. See How do I connect to the organizer's custom audio? to learn more.
