Provide international or toll-free phone numbers

As an organizer, you can choose to provide your attendees with phone numbers for over 50 countries. You can add these numbers in your default audio settings so that they are included automatically when you create new meetings, as well as specify which countries should be included in each session you create. You can also add them as options to previously scheduled sessions.

Note: In order to provide toll-free phone numbers in your meetings, you must add Toll-Free Numbers/Enhanced Audio to your account. If your country isn't available now, it may be available soon as we add new international numbers often.
Organizers incur per-minute charges for each attendee who uses toll-free audio service. To minimize billing charges, any attendee who joins a session before the organizer will be disconnected after 5 minutes of inactivity. If the session is canceled and/or never started by the organizer, no charges are incurred.

Add or remove Enhanced Audio (toll free number & Call Me) from your GoTo Meeting plan

Billing admins can purchase GoTo Meeting Plus Enhanced Audio at any time. Once your account includes this plan, you will see the toll-free audio and Call Me options whenever you schedule sessions as well as under the default audio options. If you have a plan that is billed via an invoice, you must contact your Account Manager to modify your account and subscription plans.
Note: The steps below can only be completed by the billing contact of an online account. If you are not the billing contact, you will need to reach out to them in order to make changes. Please see Who is the billing contact for my account? if you aren't sure who the billing admin is. In addition, if you are the billing contact of an offline account, you will need to reach out to a GoTo representative to make changes to your plan.
  1. Log in to the Billing Center at https://billing.logmeininc.com/.
  2. Optional: To add, select Change Plan > Enhanced Audio > Subscribe Now to confirm.
  3. Optional: To remove, select Change Plan > Remove Enhanced Audio > Unsubscribe Now.
    Note: All organizers on your account will lose access to toll-free numbers. They will be removed from all scheduled sessions associated with your account as well.

Add international countries to your default audio settings

  1. Sign in to the GoTo web or desktop app.
  2. Select your profile icon and then select Settings.
  3. From Meetings > Attendee Options, select Long distance and/or Toll-free Numbers.
  4. Select the drop-down menu next to each option and then select the desired countries. For all available countries, select +Select all.
  5. Select the Star icon next to the preferred country that you want to display at the top of the list.
    Note: If you do not have a preferred number, the first phone number that is displayed to attendees will be the billing country you have associated with your account. You can only have 1 preferred country set.
  6. Select Save when finished.

    Result: Added countries will appear in the proper fields.

Add toll-free numbers or international countries to a scheduled meeting

  1. Sign in to the GoTo web or desktop app.
  2. From Meetings, select the desired meeting that you want to change and then select Edit.
  3. From More options > Audio, select Edit.
  4. Select Long distance and/or Toll-free Numbers.
  5. Select the drop-down menu next to each option and then select the desired countries. For all available countries, select +Select all.
  6. Select Save when finished.

    Result: Added countries will appear in the proper fields if applicable.
