What is the maximum number of people who can attend my session?

The maximum number of attendees who can join your session (including organizers and attendees) varies on the subscription plan that your account uses.

Note: The instructions below apply to online accounts only. If you are on an offline account, please contact a GoTo representative to find your participant limit.

Find my attendee limit

To view your maximum attendee limit, launch an instant session and select the People pane to locate the maximum number of participants for your plan tier (e.g., 2/151).

If you are the billing contact for your account, your attendee limit is listed on your billing statement.

Increase your attendee limit

If you are the billing admin on your account, you can upgrade to a different subscription plan to increase your per-session participant limit. View the plans and pricing page.

If you are not the billing administrator on your account, please contact them and request that they upgrade subscription plans.
Note: If a plan is changed while the organizer on the account is in a session, they will have to exit and restart the session to utilize the updated attendee limit.
Scheduled GoTo Meeting sessions cannot be upgraded to GoTo Webinar or GoTo Training sessions. Each scheduled conference type is unique, and non-transferable. If you would like to switch a meeting to a webinar or training, you will have to reschedule your event with the proper product which will result in new session IDs and phone numbers.
