Schedule a meeting or create a recurring room to host your meetings in GoToConnect.
- Click in the left sidebar.
- Click Schedule a Meeting.
- Select any Co-Organizers.
- Enter the Meeting Name.
- Choose the Meeting Type:
Option Description Recurring Creates a permanent room you can use multiple times across various meetings. Scheduled Creates a room for a standalone meeting for the Start Time and Duration you specify. The meeting room is automatically deleted after your meeting is over.
- Click Create Meeting.
To invite participants to your meeting, click on the meeting or room and then click Meeting Info.
