How do I see where a call queue is being used?

The usage tab lists all devices and call flows using a particular call queue so that you can see what’s being used on your system and what can be deleted.

Before you begin: You must have admin or super admin permissions.
About this task: You can also view this from the configuration section of GoToConnect if you are a GoToConnect user with the CC admin role.
  1. Log in at
  2. Click Call Queues and Contact Center in the left sidebar and then select the call queue you want to see the usage of.
  3. Click Usage for details.
