How do I see where a call queue is being used?
The usage tab lists all devices and call flows using a particular call queue so that you can see what’s being used on your system and what can be deleted.

About this task: You can also view this from the configuration section of GoToConnect if you are a GoToConnect user with the CC admin role.
- Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Click Call Queues and Contact Center in the left sidebar and then select the call queue you want to see the usage of.
- Click Usage for details.
