How do I integrate with DealerSocket?
GoTo Connect’s DealerSocket integration uploads a dealer’s CDR (call detail record) data from your GoTo Connect system to DealerSocket every 30 min. DealerSocket imports this data into the dealer’s database, creating accurate call reports to reflect both inbound and outbound calls allowing you to easily see your agents phone activity. Names and extensions in GoTo Connect’s system need to match the names and extensions in DealerSocket in order to get accurate reporting.
