How do I delete a voicemail message?
Remove unneeded voicemails from your system to avoid a full voicemail box.
Note: A single voicemail box holds up to 99 messages. Once it is full, callers will be unable to leave new voicemail messages.

- Select Phone from the bottom of the screen.
- Select Voicemails.
- Select a voicemail entry for options.
- Select Delete.
Personal Desk Phone

- Dial *99 from your phone or press the Messages key.
Note: Depending on the phone model, this button may have an envelope icon on it.
- If there are multiple lines assigned to the device, select the desired line before completing these steps.
- Dial your password (default 0000).
- Press 1 for new messages or 2 to open a different folder.
- Once you have found the message you want to delete, press 7.
Remote Phone
- Call your office extension.
- Press * when you hear the voicemail greeting begin.
- Dial your password (default 0000).
- Press 1 for new messages or 2 to open a different folder.

Admin Portal — Automatic
You can enable a setting on your voicemail box that will automatically delete voicemails from your phone after sending you an email with the voicemail attached.
- Select the Line, Ring Group, or Shared Voicemail that you want to turn this on for.
- From , toggle on Delete Message After Sending.
Note: This option is a permanent deletion. We cannot retrieve your voicemails once they have been emailed to you.
