How do I assign a business continuity device to my phones?

    Choose the default business continuity device for all your phones to use during an Internet disruption or a complete outage.

    Before you begin: You must have admin or super admin permissions.
    1. Verify you have a business continuity device installed on your system.
    2. Sign in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
    3. Select System Settings in the left sidebar.
    4. From General > Defaults, set JBC to Use and then choose the desired business continuity device.
    5. Select Save.
    What to do next:
    Tip: If you need to change the business continuity device on individual phones:
    1. Select Devices in the left sidebar.
    2. Select the device that uses a different business continuity device than the default.
    3. From Settings > General Settings, set JBC to Use and then choose the desired business continuity device.
    4. Select Save.
    Now set up your business continuity status alerts and network quality alerts.
