Delete a User Group

    Admins can delete user groups that are no longer needed.

    Important: Please excuse our mess while we improve your admin experience! We are in the process of migrating all accounts to the new GoTo Admin experience. The article below is meant for admins who use the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at to administer their account.     1. Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at
    2. Select Manage User Groups in the left navigation menu.
    3. Select the Delete icon next to the group you want to delete.
    4. When prompted, select Delete to confirm.
