Create custom fields for contacts
Create custom text and date fields to provide more information and details about your contacts.
Before you begin:
- For Contact Center customers, you must be set up as a user and be assigned the Supervisor role or Admin role.
- For Customer Engagement customers, you must be set up as a user and be assigned the manager role or Admin role.
Results: The new custom field will appear on all contacts.
