How do I manage my call filters?

View and manage all of your call filters in one place.

Before you begin: You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin role to perform this task.
  1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
  2. From Phone system > Call filters, can view a list of all your call filters and various details about each of them.
  3. Optional: Choose your viewing preferences for the list:
    Viewing preference How-to
    Customize the list Select Table Settings Icon.
    Sort the list Select a column header.
  4. Choose what you want to do:
    Option How-to
    Add Select + Add call filter, fill out the form, and then select Save.
    View or change settings Choose a call filter to view more details and/or make changes to its settings.
    Delete Hover over a call filter and select Trash Can Icon to delete that call filter.
