Manage call filters
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From , can view a list of all your call filters and various details about each of them.
- Optional: Choose your viewing preferences for the list:
Viewing preference How-to Customize the list Select .
Sort the list Select a column header. - Choose what you want to do:
Option How-to Add Select + Add call filter, fill out the form, and then select Save. View or change settings Choose a call filter to view more details and/or make changes to its settings. Delete Hover over a call filter and select to delete that call filter.

Add a sound clip to a call filter
Play a designated sound clip for a call filter and then end the call without providing any further options.
- You must have an admin or super admin role to perform this task.
- Record your sound clip.
- Create your call filter.
