Why can't I hear the video audio?
If you cannot hear the video that is being shared during the webinar, you may need to change your browser settings.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click the Settings icon in the top toolbar and Internet options.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Under "Multimedia", check the Play sounds in webpages box.
- Click Apply then OK.
- If you are an attendee, rejoin the webinar. If you are the organizer, restart the webinar.
