Why can't I hear the video audio?

    If you cannot hear the video that is being shared during the webinar, you may need to change your browser settings.

    This only applies to Windows users.
    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. Click the Settings icon in the top toolbar and Internet options.Internet Explorer Advanced Settings
    3. Click the Advanced tab.
    4. Under "Multimedia", check the Play sounds in webpages box.Internet Explorer Multimedia Settings
    5. Click Apply then OK.
    6. If you are an attendee, rejoin the webinar. If you are the organizer, restart the webinar.
