Why am I in listen-only mode?

    There are a couple reasons why you may have joined in listen-only mode.

    • You are muted by default. – By default, attendees can view the presenter's screen but is initially muted to minimize background noise. Ask the organizer to unmute you.
    • The organizer has muted you or all attendees. – If you have been muted by the organizer, you must request to be unmuted first.
    • You have joined a Webcast or Recorded (previously known as "Simulated Live") webinar. – Attendees cannot be unmuted in a Webcast or Recorded webinar event.
