If you are an attendee having trouble joining your webinar, please reach out to the webinar organizer first. Your organizer email can be found on the webinar reminder or confirmation email – look for the Please send your questions, comments, and feedback to line or see How do I contact my webinar organizer?.
If you still wish to contact customer support and wait for an available representative, here's how:
- Search for your question by using the search bar or browsing our FAQs.
- If the article doesn't answer your question, keep it open and use the Call Support option at the bottom-right to contact Customer Support.
- Go through the Call Support flow and identify your ticket number.
- Before calling GoToWebinar Customer Support, make sure you have your ticket number ready. You can find the ticket number in the Call Support window. Tip: We recommend you are by your computer for troubleshooting purposes.
