How do I Link a Helpdesk Channel to a Specific Organization in Microsoft Teams?

When you support multiple organization with GoTo Resolve, you can link a helpdesk channel to a specific organization.

Remember: This feature is not available with a Free subscription. Check out which subscription you need to get the most of GoTo Resolve.
  1. In Microsoft Teams, create a new or select an existing team.
  2. Select New conversation at the bottom.
  3. Type @goto resolve and press Enter.
  4. From the drop-down list, choose link channel and press Enter.
    Remember: In Microsoft Teams, you must turn off Channel moderation to be able to link a channel. For more information, see the Microsoft support site.
  5. Select the organization that you want to associate with your selected team in Microsoft Teams.
  6. Select Submit.
  7. Select the helpdesk service where you want to create tickets.
  8. Select Submit.
