How do I change the countries I provide phone numbers for?
If organizers are providing long-distance (toll) or toll-free numbers for attendees, they can choose which countries are included in the session information across all meetings as well as which country appears first in the list by designated it as a "preferred country".
- While changing your default audio options, mark the Long-distance numbers and Toll-free numbers boxes.
- From the drop-down menu next to each option, select the desired countries. Use + Add all to select all available countries.
- Select the Star icon next to the preferred country that you want to display at the top of the list.
Note: If you do not have a preferred number, the first phone number that is displayed to attendees will be the billing country you have associated with your account. You can only have 1 preferred country set.
- Select Save when finished.
Result: The newly added countries will appear alphabetically in the applicable fields.
