How do I manage my contacts in GoToConnect?

Add, update, or delete external contacts and control who shows up in your favorites.

About this task: Your internal directory is automatically added to GoToConnect.
  1. Click GoToConect Contacts Icon in the left sidebar.

    To add a contact
    1. Enter the contact’s phone number.
    2. Click GoToConnect Add Contact Icon.
    3. Enter their contact information.
    4. Click Create Contact.
    To favorite a contact
    1. Search for a contact's name, extension, or number.
    2. Select a contact from the results and then click Go.
    3. Click GoToConnect Favorite Icon. Click it again to remove the contact from your favorites.
    To edit a contact
    Note: You can only edit contacts you have added.
    1. Click GoToConnect Options Icon
    2. Select Edit Contact.
    3. Make any necessary changes and then click Save Changes.
    To delete a contact
    Note: You can only delete contacts you have added.
    1. Click GoToConnect Options Icon
    2. Select Delete Contact.
