How do I manage my contacts in GoToConnect?

Add a new contact

1. Enter the contact’s phone number.

2. Click the add contact icon.

3. Enter the contact’s First Name and Last Name.

4. Click [CREATE CONTACT].

Make changes to a contact

1. Click the Contacts icon in the left sidebar.

2. Search for a contact’s name, number, or extension.

3. Select a contact from the results and then click [GO] to view their contact details and activity.

4. From there, choose one of the following:

  • Favorite: Click the star icon from the contact window. Click the star icon again to remove the contact from your favorites.
  • Edit: Click the options icon (next to the star) and then select Edit Contact. Make any necessary changes and then click [SAVE CHANGES]. Only contacts you have added can be edited.
  • Delete: Click options icon (next to the star) and then select Delete Contact. Only contacts you have added can be deleted.
