Call recordings are stored and can be listened to at a later time.

This star code allows you to pause and unpause a call recording during live call from your desk phone.
Using Softphone
Pause and unpause a call recording during a live call from your softphone.
Attention: Only available for Contact Center customers in call queues and outbound queues.
