How do I manage my devices?
View and manage all of your devices in one place.
Important: We're in the process of migrating all accounts to the new GoTo Admin. Choose your current admin experience for the applicable steps on this topic.

If you're an admin who signs in at https://admin.goto.com, these steps are for you.
Manage devices
Before you begin: You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin
role to perform this task.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From Devices, view a list of all your devices.
- Optional: Choose your viewing preferences for the list:

Option How-to Add Select + Add device to add a new device to your account. View details Choose a specific device to view more details. Tip: If you drill down to a specific device, you can use the breadcrumb on the top-left to go back to the main list or use the arrows to navigate each device's detail page.View connection status Check the Status column. View extensions Check the Extension column to see what the primary extension is. If additional extensions are associated with the device, a number will appear and represent how many extensions are associated with that device. Tip: You can also select the device and check the Associated Resources section to see the primary and secondary extensions.View Public IP and Private IP Check the Public IP and Private IP columns. Change settings Choose a specific device to manage its settings. Delete Hover over a device and select the .

View a device's connection status
See the status of your devices from the admin portal.
Before you begin:
You must be assigned the Admin or Super admin role to perform this task.
Remove a device
Remove unneeded devices from your system to avoid unnecessary charges on your invoice.
Before you begin:
You must be assigned the Admin or Super admin role to perform this task.
Deleting just a device will not remove the user, line, or hardware profile associated with the device. If you are removing a device because an employee is no longer with your organization, make sure to delete each piece associated with the device. If you will be re-using the device down the road or
for another user, leave the hardware profile.
What to do next: To remove the user or line assigned to this device, select
Users or
Lines from the left sidebar and repeat steps 3-5.
