How do I enable text to email forwarding for a user?
Allow users to set up text to email forwarding in the GoToConnect app.

About this task: You must have texting enabled on your phone number.
- Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
- Click Users in the left sidebar and then click the user that needs text to email forwarding enabled.
- From , turn on Allow Text to Email Forwarding.
