How do I enable text to email forwarding for a user?

Allow users to set up text to email forwarding in the GoToConnect app.

Before you begin: You must have admin or super admin permissions.
About this task: You must have texting enabled on your phone number.
  1. Log in at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
  2. Click Users in the left sidebar and then click the user that needs text to email forwarding enabled.
  3. From General > Identity, turn on Allow Text to Email Forwarding.
  4. Click Save.
