How do I create a schedule?

    Create a schedule to route your callers to different paths of your dial plan based on when they call.

    Important: Please excuse our mess while we improve your admin experience! We are in the process of migrating all accounts to the new GoTo Admin. The article below is meant for admins who use PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx. If you're an admin who uses GoTo Admin at https://admin.goto.com, please refer to: How do I add a schedule?
    Before you begin: You must be assigned the Admin or Super admin role to perform this task.
    1. Sign in to PBX Administration (classic) at https://my.jive.com/pbx.
    2. Select Schedules in the left sidebar and then select Add Schedule.
    3. Enter a Name for the schedule.
    4. Select Admin Portal Checkmark Icon and then select the new schedule to configure its settings.
    5. From General > Schedule, select a day and time to add a new open time block.
    6. Select and drag the entire time block or its bottom/right edge to make changes to its duration in 15-minute increments. Or hover over the time block and then select Admin Portal Edit Icon to enter its duration in one-minute increments.
      Tip: Use Override to open or close the schedule 24/7.
    7. From Holiday, add holidays to the schedule.
    8. Select Save.
