How do I add songs to a playlist?
Add songs to a playlist to enhance your customer's hold experience.
Before you begin:
You must be assigned an Admin or Super admin role to perform this task. You must
create a playlist before adding songs to a playlist.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From
Phone system > Audio library, choose your preferred method to add songs to a playlist:
- Select the Hold music tab, hover over a music file, and then select
to select a playlist from the drop-down list. - Select the Playlists tab, select the desired playlist, and then select + Add to playlist to select songs.
- Select the Hold music tab, hover over a music file, and then select
- Select Add when complete.
- Customize the settings on your playlist as needed.
