Can I list presenter details in the GoTo Webinar waiting room?

    Organizers can list presenter's information (name, details, and photo) in the Waiting Room. This will be displayed on the attendee's Viewer when they first join the webinar.

    Although 24 presenters can be added to the webinar, only the first 6 will be displayed in the Waiting Room.
    1. Sign in to your account at
    2. Schedule a new webinar or click on an existing one.
    3. Click the Settings box.
    4. Under "List Presenters in the Waiting Room", click + Presenter Information.
    5. Enter the presenter details and click Save.

      Note: Only the first 6 presenters will be displayed in the Waiting Room.
