Why didn't my session record?

    There are a few reasons your session may not have recorded.

    The recording might not have been converted yet.

    See Convert Session Recordings to learn more about opening the Recording Manager and converting your raw file.

    The recording might have been mislocated.

    If you did not change the default location, you should be able to find your recording in your Documents folder. See Locate Recording Files to learn more about how GoTo Training stores your recording files.
