How do I find my session recording? (Classic)
The place that your recorded sessions are saved depends on which type of recording you are using. If you used online recording, your recording was automatically saved to the My Recordings page of your web account. If you used local recording, it was saved as a file on your local hard drive.
Locate your online recordings
- Sign in to your account at https://global.gototraining.com.
- Click My Recordings in the left menu.
- All of your online recordings will be listed. See Manage and Share Session Recordings to learn more about what you can do with them.
Find your local recording (Windows)
By default, local recordings are stored in C:\Users\[user]\Documents. The original "pre-converted" .G2M files are stored in a subfolder called "originals" after a successful conversion has finished. You can also choose to change the default location.
- Click the Windows icon
to open the start menu and click Documents or click the Windows Explorer folder
in the lower menu and click Documents in the left menu.
- Find your recording in the folder.
Find your local recording (Mac)
Change the location of saved files on your hard drive (local recordings)

- Right-click the Daisy icon in the system tray (Windows) or toolbar (Mac).
- Select in the left menu.
- At the bottom of the window, click Browse.
- Select the desired location, then click OK.
