What are the available audio options?
GoTo Training provides many different methods for organizers and their attendees to connect to a session's audio conference. It's up to the organizer to decide which options they want to provide for each individual session.
Built-in audio services
Mic & Speakers (VoIP) | Telephone (PSTN) | No audio | |
---|---|---|---|
Participants can use the mic and speakers on their computer to connect to the audio through the desktop, web or mobile app. This allows participants to join the audio without needing to use the telephone. |
Participants can use a telephone to connect to the audio separately from the desktop, web or mobile apps. This allows participants to join the training even if they aren't able to see the screen-sharing session. |
Participants can choose to join the session with no audio. This means participants won't be able to hear the meeting or talk to other participants from that device. |

Custom audio services
GoTo Training also allow organizers to provide custom audio information using their own third-party conference call service. If they choose to provide custom audio, then GoTo Training's built-in audio services won't be available during the session. View Connect to training audio.
