Use Toll-Free Numbers

Admins can enable organizers with Toll-Free Numbers, which provides toll-free conferences to GoTo Meeting, GoTo Webinar, and GoTo Training sessions. This telephone conferencing service allows organizers to add up to 500 session participants in audio-only mode in addition to their attendees who have audio, video, screen sharing, and chat capabilities. When an organizer sends out a session invitation, the toll-free numbers (including international numbers) will be included.

Enable Toll-Free Numbers

Enable toll-free numbers for new users

  1. Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. Select Admin Settings in the navigation menu.
  3. In the New User Settings Templates section, select Edit.
  4. Next to the desired template, select Gear Icon in the Settings column.
  5. Choose the appropriate product tab, and under the Audio section, locate the Toll-free numbers setting.
  6. Choose the On option and then Save.
  7. In the Details column, next to Toll-free numbers and select the countries listed.
  8. Enable the countries you'd like to include toll-free numbers for.
    • Default – These countries will be listed first in the Countries drop-down list.
    • Preferred – This country will be displayed at the top of the Countries drop-down list.
  9. Select Apply.
Results: You can now set new organizers with this template setting.

Enable toll-free numbers for individual users

  1. Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. Select Manage Users in the navigation menu.
  3. Choose the desired organizer.
  4. Under Settings, select Edit.
  5. Choose the appropriate product tab, and under the Audio section, locate the Toll-free numbers setting.
  6. Select the Status in the Toll-free numbers row.
  7. Choose the On option and then Save.
  8. Select the details next to Toll-free numbers and check the countries you'd like to include toll-free numbers for.
    • Default – These countries will be listed first in the Countries drop-down list.
    • Preferred – This country will be displayed at the top of the Countries drop-down list.
  9. Select Apply.
Results: This individual user will now have the toll-free audio option.

Enable toll-free numbers for multiple users

  1. Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
  2. Select User Settings in the navigation menu.
  3. Select the desired product tab and use the Filter category and Filter by drop-down menus to select a group of users.
  4. Scroll down to Change Settings section and choose Toll-free numbers.
  5. Select the On option and then Save.
  6. In the Details column, and Toll-free numbers row, select Countries.
  7. Enable the countries you'd like to include toll-free numbers for.
    • Default – These countries will be listed first in the Countries drop-down list.
    • Preferred – This country will be displayed at the top of the Countries drop-down list.
  8. Select Apply.
Results: These users will now have the toll-free audio option.
