Find OpenVoice Conference Info and PINs

All users in the account are given unique conference room numbers and PINs that connect participants to their conferences. Admins can locate conference call information per individual or for all organizers on the account.

Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
In the Manage Users page, choose the desired user.

Note: They must have the as one of their products.
In the Product Usage section, their OpenVoice Conference Room Number and PIN are displayed.

Find a specific organizer's conference room number and PIN

Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
Select Manage Users in the navigation menu.
In the Search bar, type in the organizer's name or part of the conference room number that you are looking for.
Select the desired organizer's name to open their User Details page.
The OpenVoice Conference Room Number and PIN can be found under Product Usage.

View all organizers' room numbers and PINs

Sign in to the GoTo Admin Center (classic) at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
Select Reports in the navigation menu.
Select Conference Room Report in the Report Type drop-down menu, then select Create.
When prompted, select Excel or HTML as your desired file type, then select Accept to generate the report.
The room numbers and PINs can be found under the Conference Room Number and Organizer Pin columns. If desired, you can download a past report to compare data for the last 30 days.
