Why am I getting a "GoToMeeting has experienced difficulties" message?

Scan for malware

  1. Run an anti-malware software (e.g., Malwarebytes, etc.).
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Join or start a meeting again.

Reinstall GoToMeeting

  1. Uninstall GoToMeeting.
  2. Uninstall GoTo Opener.
  3. Download GoToMeeting again by joining or starting a session or using the download link.
