How do I share my screen from GoTo Room?
Whether you're having an in-person meeting equipped with GoTo Room or an online meeting with virtual attendees, you can share content from your laptop’s screen either wirelessly or via an HDMI cable.
Share wirelessly while out of a meeting
- Take a separate device into the conference room.
- On the Touch Panel, tap Share Screen and locate the unique "gotoroom.me" URL.
- From your second device, open a browser and enter the unique "gotoroom.me" URL.
- Choose between sharing the device's entire screen or just an application window, then select Share.
- To stop sharing content, either select End Presentation in the browser or tap the Leave icon in the bottom-left corner of the Touch Panel.

- While in a meeting, select the Share screen option on your GoTo Room touch controller.
- Connect an HDMI cable to your computer and then select Share.
- To stop content sharing, select Stop sharing or disconnect the HDMI cable.
