How do I reactivate my GoTo Meeting subscription plan?

    The billing contact for your account can easily reactivate your expired GoTo Meeting subscription plan . They can choose to keep the same plan as before, or customize a new one.

    Note: Some billing contacts sign in to the Billing Center at https://billing.goto.com to manage their GoTo Meeting billing info themselves. However, other billing contacts for larger accounts (referred to as "corporate" accounts) typically work with their dedicated GoTo representative (or by contacting ) to manage their account on a different self-service site called the Corporate Billing Portal at https://link.goto.com/corp-billing.

    Reactivate an expired trial or subscription plan

    If your GoTo Meeting trial or paid plan has lapsed, you can click Subscribe Now or Reactivate and choose to either make changes or keep your existing plan.

    Stop a pending cancellation

    If you have canceled your GoTo Meeting subscription plan but have changed your mind, you can reverse the cancellation and ensure uninterrupted service. Sign in to the Billing Center's Subscriptions page at https://billing.logmeininc.com/subscriptions and click Remove Pending Cancellation.
