GoTo Room with Logitech Meetup is an all-in-one hardware system that lets you set up a small conference room (recommended space from 7' to 20') to be ready to join and host meetings in an instant.
As an IT manager, you can ensure that your end users have a seamless GoTo Meeting experience in conference rooms with GoTo Room with Logitech. Users are launched into session using the GoTo Meeting Web App (our browser-based meeting experience), and the webcam and audio will automatically be turned on.
How it works
- Order – Order your GoTo Room with Logitech Meetup system from a Sales representative.
- Set up – Use the hardware equipment in the kit to set up your conference room.
- Meet – Host and join a meeting. Just sit down in the conference room and get started! Any person can choose among the following options:
- Launch a new instant meeting from the conference room's account – no organizer credentials needed!
- Start a meeting that they already scheduled on their own GoTo Meeting account.
- Start a meeting that they scheduled using the calendar integration.
- Join another organizer's meeting as an attendee.
