Enable Business Messaging

    Account administrators must enable Business Messaging from the Admin Center to invite users to start chatting with GoTo Meeting Hub. Once you enable Business Messaging, users on your account will be prompted to try out the feature the next time they log in.

    Enable Business Messaging

    1. Log in to your account at
    2. Click Admin Settings in the left toolbar and then Edit in the Business Messaging box.
    3. Enable or disable Business Messaging for your users and Save.

    Business Messaging Settings

    Enable or disable the following features of Business Messaging:
    • Business Messaging – Users can chat with others on the same account or organization.
    • Allow users to share files – Users can share files with each other in chat messages.
    • Allow users to invite & message external users – Users can invite and message external users outside of the organization.
