Enable Business Messaging
Business Messaging allows users to send messages to each other from the GoTo app. Account admins must enable
Business messaging from the Admin Center to invite users to start messaging.
GoTo Admin Center (Classic)
- Sign in to your account at https://admin.logmeininc.com.
- From , select Edit.
- Enable or disable Business Messaging for your users.
- To allow users to share files or invite and message external users, enable those settings, and then select Save.
