Capture Slides From Meeting Recordings

    GoTo Meeting automatically captures the organizer's meeting presentation and generates a PDF of all shared slides during the meeting which can then be downloaded and/or shared with attendees. From the recording page, organizers and attendees can use the slides as visuals to efficiently navigate the recording and transcripts.

    Before you begin: Make sure you have Detect Slides enabled in your settings.
    Organizers must record the session to the cloud to have access to this feature. Slides are available after the recording has been processed and saved which may take some time.
    1. Sign in to the GoTo web or desktop app.
    2. From Meetings > Past, select the desired meeting.
    3. Select the Meeting Info icon to access and download the slidedeck PDF.
    4. Optional: Send the recording link to attendees so they can access and download the PDF along with the recording and transcript (if enabled).
