How do I find my recordings?

    Depending on the type of recording your account is set to, the session recording is available in the GoTo app (online recording) or saved on your computer (local recording).

    I'm using online recording.

    If your account is set to Save recordings online in the cloud in your settings, your recordings are available in the GoTo app. See How do I access and manage my cloud recording?.

    I'm using local recording (Windows).

    By default, local recordings are stored in your computer's Documents folder ( C:\Users\[users]\Documents) as .WEBM files.
    Note: The name of the file includes the date, time, and meeting name.
    1. Open File Explorer on your computer.
    2. Find and select the Documents folder.
    3. Find the recording in the folder.
    4. To convert the recording to a different file format, please use a third-party service such as Handbrake.

    I'm using local recording (Mac).
