Are there any files left on an attendee's computer after the session ends?

    If an attendee chooses to download the desktop app, some applications will remain on their computer. This allows users to join future sessions more quickly without having to download all the files again.

    These files are inactive until the attendee joins another meeting and do not consume system resources. They do not compromise security.

    If desired, an attendee may uninstall the desktop app

    If the option to save chat logs is enabled, attendees will see their chat history stored by default in the My Documents folder. They may also see GoTo Meeting log files stored in %temp%\LogMeInLogs\GoToMeetingon Windows computers and ~/Library/Logs/com.logmein.gotoopener/ on Macs.
