Quickstart
Learn how to do the most common functions on your phone. For information not covered below, please refer to the manufacturer’s user guide.
Register Your Handset(s)
Register up to 10 single cell or 20 dual cell handsets to your base station.
- Press and hold Find on the base station for 5 seconds. The light should blink.
- On the handset, select .
- Ignore the displayed message and wait for the base station name to show up.
- Select Yes on the handset to confirm the registration.
Deregister Your Handset(s)
Call Forwarding
Automatically forward incoming calls to an internal extension or external number.
- Select .
- Select the desired forwarding type:
- Unconditionally: Forwards all incoming calls.
- No Answer: Forwards all unanswered incoming calls.
- Busy: Forwards calls that arrive when you're already in a call.
- Press On.
- Enter the internal extension or external number to which calls will be forwarded.
- If you selected No Answer, enter how many seconds to wait before forwarding.
- Press the Save softkey, (to disable call forwarding, press the Delete softkey).
Do Not Disturb (DND)
Stop your phone from ringing and send all incoming calls directly to voicemail.
- Press .
- Then select Enable or Disable.
- Press the OK softkey.
Voicemail Access
Check your voicemail from your phone.
Speed Dial
You can quickly call contacts from the wireless handset using speed dial.
- Press and hold the number key for your speed dial entry.
- If programmed for speed dials, press a function key for your speed dial entry.
3-Way Calls
Speak with two parties simultaneously by creating a mini-conference call on your line.
- While on an active call, press the softkeys to place the call on hold.
- Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.
- Wait for the second party to answer, and then let them know that you would like to add them to a 3-way call.
- Press the softkeys and the two calls are now joined into a 3-way call.
Transfer A Call
Warm Transfer
Place a current call on hold and speak with the destination party before transferring the call.
Blind Transfer
Transfer a call to another party without speaking to them first.
Hold
Place a call on hold while you take some time to look up an answer to a question or answer another call.
- Press the softkeys.
- Press the softkeys to retrieve the call.
Modify Ringtone
Choose a new ringtone for your phone or assign a different ringtone to each of your lines.
Emergency Calls
The device has an emergency button you can quickly press to call an emergency service, such as 911 or on-site security.
Presence Monitoring
The device does not support this feature.

Provisioning
- Verify you have created a device profile.
- Verify you have assigned the phone's MAC address to the device profile.
- Verify you have properly plugged in the phone.

Factory Reset
Factory resetting a phone is when you restore a device to its original factory settings. This will delete everything that was previously on the device.
