View call volume analytics to help understand your call flow, troubleshoot dropped calls, and optimize your most frequently used extensions to provide the fastest service to your customers.
Before you begin: You must have an admin or super admin
role to perform this task.
- Sign in to GoTo Admin.
- From choose the dial plan you want to view.
Tip: A quick view of each dial plan's Call volume totals is shown in the dial plan table. Use the drop-down to filter the timeframe results to the last hour, last 24 hours, last 7 days and last 30 days.
- On the top navigation menu, choose a time frame from the drop-down list.
Tip: The longer the time period chosen, more data will be shown.

Select the node. An information card will appear on the right side of the canvas with description of the node and an Insights section. The Insights section will list the quantity of incoming calls and the actions chosen by the caller. Hover over the details shown for additional information. |
View call volume for entire dial plan |
Select on the top navigation menu. Greater call volume results in bolder connection lines between nodes. |
