View call volume analytics to help understand your call flow, troubleshoot dropped calls, and optimize your most frequently used extensions to provide the fastest service to your customers.

1. Sign in to GoTo Admin.
2. From Phone system > Dial plans, choose the dial plan you want to view.
   Tip: A quick view of each dial plan's Call volume total is shown in the dial plan table.
3. Use the drop-down menu to filter the time frame. The longer the time period chosen, the more data will be shown.
4. Choose what you want to do:

   Options	Steps
   View quantity of calls for a specific node	Select the node. An information card will appear on the right side of the canvas with description of the node and an Insights section. The Insights section will list the quantity of incoming calls and the actions chosen by the caller. Hover over the details shown for additional information.
   View call volume for entire dial plan	Select . Greater call volume results in bolder connection lines between nodes.
