How do I use the supervisor dashboard?
Use the supervisor dashboard in our GoTo app to manage your agents, run campaigns, view high-level real-time queue and chat details, and act on what you see.
Before you begin: You must be set up as a user and be assigned the supervisor role.
- Sign in to our GoTo desktop/web app.
- Select to access the supervisor dashboard.
- Choose what you want to do:
- See overview of queue performance by type or dig into real-time details for each queue
- Manage agents' status — Complete only
- Monitor agents calls (whisper, listen, or barge mode) and chats — Complete only
- Manage campaigns — Complete only
- Manage wallboards — Complete only
