How do I select my line in the app?
If you have multiple lines, choose the line and phone to make and receive calls. This selection does not affect how you send or receive SMS/chat messages.
Desktop & Web app
- From the desktop or web app, select Phone from the left navigation menu.
- Select the line selector drop-down in the bottom left.
- Choose your preferred line and phone to use for all calls.
Mobile app
- From the mobile app, select your profile picture from the top left.
- Select Active extension.
- Choose your line and then select Done.
